If you are having trouble logging into your account, you may try recovering your account information using one of the following options.

Reset My Password

Please enter the email address for your customer account. We will send you a message with the information you need to access your account.

This option will work if the email address you enter has ONLY one customer account. If your email address has been used for more than one account, please try another option or contact NM Game and Fish.

Recover My Username and Reset My Password

Please enter the following information to help us verify your identity and locate your account. If we locate your account, you will have an opportunity to answer your security question then reset your password.
